On behalf of the Saint Elizabeth Elementary School Family, I would like to thank each and every one who helped in any way to make Spring-a-Rama the success that it is. A special thanks goes out the Chris and Patty DiCarlo for their dedication and hard work to see that things run as smoothly as possible. And a very special thank you to the teachers and staff who make sure that things run smoothly within the building while I am outside in the donut booth. I would also like to personally thank the very hardworking crew who fry the donuts—Maureen Richardson, who has been such a blessing and support for me since I came to Saint Elizabeth, Karina Palko, and Tim Grassi. Without their help the donuts would not be made—and what a shame that would be. The parishioners and school families who support this event know how important you are, but, as principal of the school, I want you to know that you are appreciated and the words “thank you” do not seem to be enough! We could not do this without you. May God bless all of you! Check out the Spring-a-Rama pictures in the Gallery!

cloud3Our Mission and Beliefs

The mission of Saint Elizabeth Elementary School, which has a strong tradition of Catholicism and academic excellence, is to empower all students to be lifelong learners living in close relationship with God. We inspire our students by focusing on high academic standards in a loving, caring, and secure environment. We recognize and encourage the development of the gifts, talents, and uniqueness of each person within our school community of faith.

We believe that:

* our primary purpose is to communicate the Gospel message of Jesus Christ as a vital part of the teaching ministry of the Catholic Church.
* our school community works to ensure an environment that encourages Christ-like living and responsible stewardship of all God’s creation.
* our school utilizes a curriculum determined by national, state, and diocesan standards and is implemented by a staff of highly qualified teachers; education is the shared responsibility of the school and home.
* the goal of education is to develop critical thinking and problem solving skills that will ultimately create lifelong learners and responsible citizens.
* every individual, as a child of God, has a moral responsibility to actively serve others as Jesus did.
* serving others will create respectful and responsible citizens of the global and digital community.
